Waffles with Ice Cream
| Ingredients | For 8 Waffels |
| 1 tsp. | Baking powder |
| 80 g | Sugar |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 150 ml | Whole Milk |
| 200 g | "Der Große Bauer Bourbon Vanilla" |
| Your favorite ice cream | |
| 250 g | Wheat flour |
| 125 g | Soft butter |
Making
1. for the waffles, whisk the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. stir in the eggs and Der Große Bauer Bourbon Vanilla.
3. fold the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt into the mixture with a whisk.
4. add the milk and stir the batter until smooth.
5. bake on the waffle iron until crispy and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
