Homemade Muesli

| Bauer yoghurt of your choice | |
| 50 g | Sunflower seeds |
| 50 g | Coconut flakes |
| 50 g | Linseeds |
| 200 g | Oat flakes |
| 5 tbsp. | Honey |
| 100 g | Almond sticks |
Making
Mix all the ingredients (except Bauer yoghurt) with honey or maple syrup and roast in the oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Stir occasionally and store in a jar. The healthy muesli tastes best with a "Bauer yoghurt" of your choice and fresh berries.
