Mini-Pancake-Towers with Yoghurt and Fruit
| Ingredients | For 4 Portions |
| 1/2 tsp. | Baking powder |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 2 tbsp. | Vanilla sugar |
| 1 cup | "Der Große Bauer Hazelnut" |
| 150 ml | Mineral water |
| 200 g | Flour |
| Butter (for baking) |
Making
1. mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter. Leave to rest for about 10 minutes.
2. add a little butter to a hot non-stick frying pan. Pour 1 tablespoon of butter into the pan for each pancake and bake for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Bake the pancakes in batches.
3. alternate fruit and mini pancakes on skewers.
