BLUEBERRY

ICE CREAM IS HEALTHY AND IRONS WRINKLES

Everyone who has ever tried our creamy blueberry and cassis yogurt, will probably sign this: It is a wonderful combination of deliciously fresh milk from our Alpine foothills, blueberries and cassis. First of all, blueberry, which is a real superfood and is in season from the end of June to September (but in our country all year round). The keyword is “anthocyanins”. These help the body to intercept so-called free radicals or to neutralize them. Incidentally, the deep blue fab of the blueberry also stirs from these plant substances. By the way, anthocyanins even slow down the aging process of the skin.

CASSIS

THE LITTLE BIG HEALTH BOMBER

Who would have thought that in such a small black fruit found in our creamy yogurt, there are so many vital vitamins in it. There would be vitamins A and C, which help with sore throat, inflammation, angina and gout, among other things. As if that weren’t enough, Cassis or the Blackcurrant, as it is also called, is rich in potassium, calcium, phosphorus and pectin. The latter promotes the permeability of the capillary blood vessels. Cassis, although so small, is thus one of the healthiest fruits that nature has to offer. But let’s face it, the best reason why we mixed it in our creamy blueberry Cassis yogurt is of course the taste. We think it’s the first cream!
