FIne sour cream
For our fine, creamy sour cream, we use milk from Bavaria, which comes exclusively from non-GMO animal feed. The sour milk product has a natural fat content of 24% and is suitable for thickening and flavouring soups or sauces, as well as for baking or as a base for dips.
