Enjoyment of our “Seraphos Natur” yoghurt is inevitable. Reason enough for us to take this opportunity to introduce Dionysus, the Greek god of pleasure. He is the youngest of the great Greek gods, whose father is none other than Zeus. He had a secret love affair with Semele, the daughter of King Cadmus of Thebes, whereupon the jealous Hera persuaded Semele to ask Zeus to show him his true form. Zeus then appeared as lightning, burned the pregnant woman, took the child and gave birth to the immature fetus three months later as Dionysus. He is therefore also called the twice-born and is the only immortal god with a human mother.
